TCA & Division Nominations

The Texas Counseling Association as well as each of our 12 Divisions is pleased to announce the opening of nominations for our FY 2023 leadership teams. Winners will take office on July 1, 2022. TCA has contracted with eBallot to manage this nominations and elections cycle through their secure database.

To Access Nominations

• Current members of TCA were sent an email from noreply@eballot.com on Wednesday, July 7, 2021. This email will include your log-in credentials to the system so that you can submit your nominations. These credentials are different from your TCA log-in credentials and are unique to the eBallot system.
• Once you have your login information, you will be able to access the eBallot system.
• Submitting nominations should take you less than 10 minutes. You may nominate multiple candidates for each open position but may only nominate an individual one time for any position.
• The online ballot can be accessed from any smartphone or device that has full browser capabilities.
• IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ACCESS EMAIL, contact TCA by emailing info@txca.org. 

Nominations are open from July 7, 2021 until 11:59 p.m. on August 6, 2021. After nominations close, TCA and each Division will vet the nominees and compile the election ballots. Elections will open on October 4, 2021. 

TCA‘s success is the result of individual volunteers stepping into a leadership position. Please consider nominating yourself and/or your colleagues to become part of the TCA Leadership Team! 

All nominations are held in a secure database. No one will have access to the choices you make/submit.
