System Upgrade & Outages Update

TCA staff is currently upgrading our website and other management systems. During the transition period beginning March 18, certain features of the TCA website will be temporarily unavailable, including our Online Learning platform. 

We will continue to provide ongoing updates via email and on our social media channels. Be sure to check your inbox and follow us on social media to stay informed about the transition and any further impact. Please note that responses during this time may be delayed. If you have not accessed your TCA profile since 3/19/2025, your old credentials will no longer work.

STEP 1 - SIGN UP USING ONE OF THESE TWO METHODS:

USE A SOCIAL LOGIN
On the “Set Up An Account” (not login) tab, sign up with your Google or LinkedIn credentials.

OR -

CREATE A STANDARD LOGIN
On the "Set Up an Account" (not login) tab, enter the email address and password you'd like to use.

If you'd like to use a different email address than the one on your current TCA account, no problem! To prevent duplicate profiles, we’ll guide you through a couple of steps to verify your identity and update your profile accordingly.

Please note: each time you use a different login method for the first time, you must use the "Set Up An Account" tab.

STEP 2 - UPDATE YOUR PROFILE:

Take a few moments to update your profile with current information to ensure you maximize the new member portal features and receive important TCA communications.

Information regarding monthly members who have not accessed their profile since 3/19/2025:

After logging in using the instructions on this page, you will need to "join/renew" to restart your monthly plan. To ensure the security and safety of your payment method, all autopay information was deleted and did not transfer from our old system.

Don't forget to save your credit card or ACH information when completing your initial payment, to avoid interruption of your membership payments.
