CREST: Counselors Reinforcing Excellence for Students in Texas 

CREST is a TSCA-sponsored recognition awarded to school counseling programs that meet its continuous improvement standards. It's a powerful way to document your program's role in student success, strengthen accountability, and highlight your wins for stakeholders. Winners receive a campus banner and are celebrated at the annual Professional School Counselor Conference at the Kalahari in Round Rock.

The updated 2026 application is here, with changes to scoring, rubrics, artifacts, and requirements, so read it carefully before applying. Due October 3, 2026.
