Marketing Operations ManagerAnnette promotes TCA, as well as its chapters and divisions, across our marketing and communication channels. She designs print and online collateral, updates TCAs apps and websites, and coordinates TCA's social media presence.
Chyenne coordinates TCA membership support by updating records, promoting TCA benefits, assisting with membership inquiries and questions, providing membership reports for leadership, and database troubleshooting and improvements.
Jan directs TCA operations and ensures administrative, programmatic, and public policy initiatives align with TCA‘s Strategic Plan. Jan also oversees advocacy and leadership development programs to support and engage the TCA Board, Senate, volunteers, and stakeholders.
Bobbie provides administrative support to TCAs volunteer leadership teams. Bobbie also coordinates division and chapter continuing education applications as well as TCA conference sponsors and exhibitors.
Cody plans and coordinates meetings, conferences, and events for TCA and its 12 divisions. His duties include venue selection, contract negotiations, speaker engagement, and program scheduling.
Carrie directs the peer review process and analyzes continuing education program submissions and conference proposals to ensure continuing education provider requirements are met. Carrie identifies opportunities to connect members with educational resources. She also engages in educational awareness activities regarding the counseling profession and mental health issues with community stakeholders.
Pat manages TCAs financial systems, including daily operations and oversight of TCAs investment portfolio. He analyzes accounting data, produces financial reports, monitors membership trends, and supports the TCA Finance Committee.
Brittney provides administrative support for TCA staff. She assists with processing membership applications, publication orders, conference registrations, produces and processes invoices, and other administrative duties.
