Chyenne coordinates TCA membership support by updating records, promoting TCA benefits, and assists with membership inquiries and questions, She handles database troubleshooting, processes, and improvements. She also collaborates with marketing on various membership outreach,
Elke directs TCA operations and ensures administrative, programmatic, and public policy initiatives align with TCA‘s Strategic Plan. Elke also oversees advocacy and leadership development programs to support and engage the TCA Board, Senate, volunteers, and stakeholders.
Noah conducts policy analysis on state issues surrounding mental health and provides recommendations to TCA leadership. They work closely on advocacy efforts in the Texas legislature to promote the TCA’s public policy agenda.
Bobbie provides administrative support to TCA volunteer leadership teams.
Cody assists the TCA CEO with day-to-day operations. His duties include contract negotiations, coordinating staff duties, and assisting in supporting TCA leadership and volunteers.
Daniela provides administrative support for TCA staff and members. She assists with member phone calls and emails, processes membership applications and conference registrations (including invoicing), processes publication orders, and other administrative duties. Daniela also coordinates with marketing on TCA's social media and webpage updates.
Morgan plans and coordinates meetings, conferences, and events for TCA and its 12 divisions. Morgan also coordinates TCA conference sponsors and exhibitors.
Carrie directs the peer review process and analyzes continuing education program submissions and conference proposals to ensure continuing education provider requirements are met. Carrie identifies opportunities to connect members with educational resources. She also engages in educational awareness activities regarding the counseling profession and mental health issues with community stakeholders.
